Introduction
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the JST Dropshipping website and our suite of services, including Sourcing, Fulfillment, and Warehousing. By accessing our site or utilizing any service, you unconditionally agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained herein.
General Services
Service Scope as Defined in These Terms
JST Dropshipping operates strictly as a supply chain service provider under these Terms of Service. Our defined responsibilities are limited to facilitating: product sourcing, quality inspection, warehousing, and shipping logistics.
Sourcing & Pricing:
All product quotations are provided based on prevailing market conditions. We expressly reserve the right to adjust prices in response to fluctuations in currency exchange rates, raw material costs, or factory pricing, as permitted under these Terms.
Warehousing & Inventory:
We offer 60 days of complimentary warehousing for active inventory associated with an ongoing service plan. Inventory that remains stagnant beyond this 60-day period, without prior written agreement, may be subject to storage fees or disposal at our sole discretion, in accordance with our warehouse policies.
Orders & Invoicing
Orders, Payment, and Pricing under These Terms
1. Order Confirmation & Binding Agreement
As outlined in these Terms of Service, JST Dropshipping operates as your sourcing agent. An order is deemed officially confirmed only upon your receipt and acceptance of a Proforma Invoice (PI) or a mutually agreed quotation via email or official communication channels. Your subsequent payment for said order constitutes irrevocable acceptance of both the quoted price and all terms and conditions contained herein.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has entered our processing system or has been dispatched from our warehouse, cancellation is strictly not permitted. This policy is in place to account for commitments made to factories and logistics partners upon your order confirmation.
3. Accepted Payment Methods
All payments shall be settled offline or through the payment channel explicitly specified in your invoice, such as Payoneer, Wire Transfer, or a dedicated PayPal invoice link. No alternative payment methods are accepted unless prior written authorization is provided by our finance department.
4. Quote Validity & Price Adjustment
All provided quotations are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless a different validity period is expressly stated. In accordance with these Terms, we expressly reserve the right to adjust the quoted price prior to full payment receipt in the event of significant fluctuations in factory costs or currency exchange rates.
Shipping & Delivery
Refund & Resend Policy
- Damaged Items: Product arrived broken or damaged (Photos/Video proof required within 7 days of delivery).
- Incorrect Items: Wrong color, size, or product sent.
- Lost Packages: Package tracking has not updated for more than 45 days (varies by country) and is confirmed lost by the carrier.
- Customer “change of mind”.
- Incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Minor color differences due to screen display.
